1. Acceptance of Terms

By availing of the services of Bathtub Refinishing, Inc. doing business as New York Tubs (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), you (“Client”, “You”, “Your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). Please review them carefully before availing our services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

We specialize in bathtub refinishing services. Our offerings may include but are not limited to surface repair, refinishing, re-glazing, and re-coloring of bathtubs, tiles, and surrounds.

3. Service Estimates & Charges

Estimates provided by the Company are non-binding and subject to change based on actual conditions encountered during service delivery. An official quote will be given after inspection. All charges and fees are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to provide a clean and safe working environment for the Company’s technicians. Any delay or additional costs resulting from failure to do so will be the responsibility of the Client.

5. Warranty & Limitations

We offer a 60-month warranty on our refinishing services. This covers peeling or other finish defects but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. We will repair or refinish the area in question at our discretion. This warranty is non-transferable.

6. Liability

Our liability for damages arising from our services is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% service charge.

8. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bathtub Refinishing, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts of Brooklyn, New York.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to check this page regularly.
